Refund & Cancellations Policy
Our policies
• Non-refundable: All bookings are final and non-refundable.
• No cancellations: Once booked, cancellations are not allowed.
• Rescheduling: Guests may reschedule their booking up to 21 days before the check-in date (subject to availability).
• You can only reschedule once. After that, rescheduling is not allowed.
• All amendments requests must be submitted via WhatsApp only for record and verification purposes.
• Amendments requests made via phone call will not be accepted.
**If a promo code is applied to the booking, the promo code’s cancellation policy will always prevail.
***Any booking modification request is strictly subject to the cancellation policy, and/or approval
from the Property, and/or the availability of the room. This may be subject to a modification fee, if any.
Security Deposit
MYR 150 will be collected during check-in, refundable upon checkout.
