Yes, full payment is required to confirm your booking.
RM50 for garbage disposal (refundable if cleaned).
RM100 for property damage (refundable if no damage occurs).
Refunds are processed within 5 working days after checkout.
• Non-refundable: All bookings are final and non-refundable.
• No cancellations: Once booked, cancellations are not allowed.
• Rescheduling: Guests may reschedule their booking up to 21 days before the check-in date (subject to availability).
• You can only reschedule once. After that, rescheduling is not allowed.
• All amendments requests must be submitted via WhatsApp only for record and verification purposes.
• Amendments requests made via phone call will not be accepted.
**If a promo code is applied to the booking, the promo code’s cancellation policy will always prevail.

We offer a variety of camping experiences, including Mongolian tents and traditional campsites. Our tents accommodate different group sizes, from small groups to families.
Yes, our campsite has well-maintained bathroom and shower facilities located within a short walking distance from all camping zones.

Yes, the river is 80 meters from the campsite, but it is artificial and not suitable for swimming.

Yes, all campsites have plug points. Zone J requires a longer extension cable.
Arch Villa has an attached private toilet.
All other accommodations have shared toilets (located less than 20 meters away).

Yes! The land is flat and easy to walk on, with accommodations raised only one foot high.
Yes, we have secure on-site parking. You can bring your car inside to unload before parking in the designated area.
Our campsite is perfect for outdoor adventures such as bird watching, and stargazing. We recommend staying for 3 days and 2 nights to fully enjoy the natural surroundings.
Each site fits 2 tents for 4 people each (total 8 people). A small additional tent is allowed at no extra charge.
Campsites near trees, such as Campsite G and N, are generally cooler.
