Our policies
• No Refund: For case of ‘No Show’ or cancellation made on the check-in date
• No Refund: For cancellation made 7 days BEFORE the check-in date.
• No Refund: For cancellation made within 14 days BEFORE the check-in date.
• Partial Refund (50%): For cancellation made within 15 days BEFORE the check-in date.
• Partial Refund (80%): For cancellation made at least 16 days BEFORE the check-in date.
*All cancellations & refunds are subjected to a cancellation fee of MYR 10+ 5.00% Bank or Payment Gateway Charges.
**If a promo code is applied to the booking, the promo code’s cancellation policy will always prevail.
***Any booking modification request is strictly subject to the cancellation policy, and/or approval
from the Property, and/or the availability of the room. This may be subject to a modification fee, if any.
Security Deposit
RM50 for garbage disposal (to ensure the area remains clean).
RM100 for property damage (if damage occurs).
🔄 This deposit will be refunded within 5 working days after checkout, if there is no damage and no garbage left.
